Prefer a Colosseum view, more space or a particular suite? Include your wish in the request. Other categories and additional nights can be quoted separately, subject to availability; upgrades are not included automatically.

Let dinner be the moment the day slows down: time to talk, share the excitement of the year ahead and enjoy being in Rome together. A festive dinner for two is part of the package, with the practical details agreed in advance rather than left to chance on the evening.
Before confirming, review the dining venue, menu, table arrangements, service time and drinks. Ask the team how to discuss allergies privately. Champagne, entertainment and access to a particular restaurant or terrace are included only when expressly listed in your offer.

Which room is included?
The €1,000 package is for two adults sharing standard double accommodation for one night. The precise category is allocated subject to availability and agreed before confirmation. If your preferred category is unavailable, the team will explain the available alternatives and their prices before you decide.
Can we stay longer or request a suite?
Yes, you can request extra nights or another room category. These are quoted individually, subject to availability. The package does not automatically include a suite, an upgrade, an extra guest or an additional night.
What should we check in the offer?
Review the room, dates, dinner venue and menu, drinks, breakfast arrangements, any applicable city tax, optional extras and the final payable amount. Transfers, treatments, tickets and other experiences are separate unless specifically included. No fireworks display, entertainment programme or room decorations are promised as part of this package.
How is the booking confirmed?
Send your request and the team will check availability and prepare a written offer. A form acknowledgement records your enquiry; it does not confirm a room or take payment. Your payment schedule and the New Year offer’s cancellation terms are provided before you accept.
What if our plans change?
The conditions in your accepted offer apply. For serious illness, a family emergency or circumstances beyond your control, contact the team promptly to request an individual review. A date change, credit or refund is not automatic. Do not upload medical documents through the general enquiry form; the team can explain any proportionate supporting information needed.
